COMPANY DRIVERS & OWNER OPERATORS

JES is a small company with surprisingly strong resources and a family atmosphere. We pay our drivers well and provide benefits comparable to larger companies. Benefits include medical insurance, holiday pay and vacation. You'll get plenty of miles while you're on the road, and you'll get home on a regular basis. Our company drivers operate late-model Freightliner tractors and 53-foot air-ride dry van trailers. The vast majority of our freight is no-touch.

Owner operators can pull company dry van trailers, or if you have a flat bed or step deck you can pull your own. JES offers a fair lease agreement, weekly settlements and plenty of freight to keep you rolling.

We have three fleets to choose from:
  • Midwest Regional
  • Southeast Regional
  • 48-State
